We accept all major insurances including:

  • Medicare
  • PPO plans through Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, and many others.
  • HMO plans through SCCIPA (Santa Clara County IPA), PMG (Physicians Medical Group), Imperial Health, Alignment, Silicon Valley Medical Development, Tricare and many others.

All eye exams are done through your medical insurances. We are not in network with any vision insurances. In case you need updated refraction (glasses prescription), we will provide receipts to get reimbursement from your vision insurance.

Cataract surgery for symptomatic cataracts is a covered benefit per all health insurances. In case you are a candidate for a premium lens, and decide to get a premium lens, those costs can be out of pocket. We will discuss these options during your cataract consult exam.
