Christine Langell, M.D.
Dr. Christine Langell hails from Philadelphia, PA (Go Eagles!).
Dr Langell attended and graduated from The University of Pennsylvania. After a few years doing gastrointestinal oncology research at Harvard, Dr. Langell decided it was high time she got into medical school.
Dr. Langell is a graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine(now Drexel), being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society.
Dr. Langell completed her Ophthalmology Residency at The Scheie Eye Institute of the University of Pennsylvania, and then headed west to California.
After owning her own practice in Los Gatos for 13 years, Dr Langell merged with California Eye Surgeons, and the rest is history.
Dr. Langell enjoys spending time with whatever rescue dog she cares for at the moment, meditating, cooking up a storm, doing Pilates, hiking, traveling and pondering philosophy and spirituality with her two adult children, as well as attempting to learn Spanish.
She cherishes her decades-long relationships with so many of her patients and stands out for her sunny disposition and refreshing practice style.
Dr. Langell is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
